ABOUT MISS CLINTON COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Miss Clinton County Scholarship Program is the longest running competition in the state of Iowa. Each year the Miss Clinton County board fills the positions of Miss Clinton County, Miss River City, and Miss Clinton County's Outstanding TEEN. We encourage all young women who live, work, or go to school in Iowa, to participate. This is a great way to meet some great people, and have a fun time while doing it!
